Strain Data

Phenotypically resistant to the animicrobials amikacin, gentamicin, imipenem, meropenem, and ciprofloxacin. Resistance to aminoglycosides is consistent with the presence of 16S rRNA methyl-transferase. Positive for the blaOXA-40-like aquired carbapenemase gene. Colistin MIC of 1 mg/L.
