|Cell Line Description:||CHO-SSTR1 is clonally-derived from a CHO-K1 cell line which has been transfected with a human somatostatin receptor 1 G Protein Coupled Receptor (GPCR) cassette to allow expression of the human somatostatin 1 GPCR. CHO-SSTR1 is an example of a cell line transfected using InSCREENeX SCREENflexTM recombinase mediated cassette exchange (RMCE) methodology (see www.inscreenex.com).|
