Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 0.5 - 2 x 1000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Doubling time approximately 60 hours. Split saturated culture 1:2 every 2-4 days. Round to polymorhpic cells growing singly or in small clusters in suspension.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
