Changes to our Service Desk
There have been several changes made to our Customer Service Desk following a platform upgrade:
1. Our Service Desk email address has changed and you may notice emails from our Customer Service Team from “jira@collab.test-and-trace.nhs.uk”, please be assured that this is from Culture Collections and not a suspicious email account.
2. The URL for our Customer Service Desk has been changed to https://jira.collab.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/servicedesk/customer/portal/234
3. To access your account, you will need reset your password:

Go to the Service Desk Portal: https://jira.collab.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/servicedesk/customer/portal/234

Click on ‘Continue with username and password’

Click on ‘Forgotten Password’ to request the email containing the link to reset your password
Once this has been done you will be able to log into our Customer Service Portal to view your tickets and retrieve attachments.
