How to Log in to our Customer Service Desk portal

Following an upgrade to our Customer Service Desk platform, there have been some changes to the login process for accessing the Customer Service Desk portal.

The steps below are provided to help guide you through the new login process.

Please note: For the best experience, we recommend accessing the Service Desk using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

The guide below uses Google Chrome as the example browser.
(Please be aware that Step 3 may appear slightly different if using another browser.)

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps to access and respond to your ticket through the service desk.

Step 1

https://ukhsa.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Enter your email address.

Click Next

Step 2

Select the ‘forgot password’ option. Do not enter a password (even if you know it). You can reset the password to the same one, but please follow the forgot password process.

 

Step 3

Send a reset password link to your email and follow the instructions

You will be asked to verify your identity

Follow the instructions and a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to continue.

 

Step 4

Once successfully logged in, you will have access to the Jira service management portal

Select Culture Collections from the list of various available portals

Step 5

Click on your avatar which appears in the top right hand corner of the screen

Step 6

Select 'Requests'

Step 7

From the drop-down options Select 'Open/Closed Requests'

Step 8

Your Requests (Tickets) will appear.

Click on the CCSD link for any request to open the ticket.
